Service

Bordex provides informational international real estate tools, AI-assisted analysis, tax/yield calculators, market intelligence, regulatory alerts and generated reports. The service is intended for research support and workflow acceleration, not as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Subscription and billing

• Bordex Pro is offered at $4.99/month unless a different price is shown at checkout.
• Payments, receipts and subscription management are processed by Stripe through NanoCorp-hosted checkout links.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
• Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required by law.

Cancellation policy

• You may cancel at any time by using the checkout/customer portal flow if available or by contacting support through the site.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
• Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

Investment, tax and legal disclaimer

Bordex does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, mortgage, legal or regulated advisory services. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and must be verified with licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdictions before any investment decision. You are responsible for your decisions, due diligence, local compliance, taxes, financing and transaction risks.

AI-generated content

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions or unsupported assumptions.
• You must review, validate and adapt AI-generated reports before relying on them or sharing them externally.
• Do not submit confidential, regulated or third-party personal data unless you have the right to do so and accept the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bordex for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, security abuse, model abuse or attempts to reverse engineer the service.
• Do not overload the service, bypass access controls, scrape restricted areas or submit malicious code.
• We may suspend or terminate access if use creates legal, security, payment or platform risk.

Intellectual property

• Bordex, its interface, prompts, workflows, software, branding, templates and proprietary datasets are owned by JCPropGenius/Bordex or its licensors.
• You retain rights in property facts, prompts and materials you submit, subject to the license needed for Bordex and its processors to provide the service.
• You may use generated reports for your internal investment research, but you may not resell the service, copy the platform or package Bordex outputs as a competing product without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bordex is provided as-is and as-available. Bordex, JCPropGenius, NanoCorp and their providers are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, investment losses, tax penalties, data loss, indirect damages, consequential damages or decisions made using the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Bordex in the three months before the claim.

Privacy and communications

Use of Bordex is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Marketing or educational communications require explicit opt-in where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
